RETURN POLICY

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept your return within 7 days of your order's arrival. Returned merchandise must include the original packaging and tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received. Items returned after the 7 day grace period will be subject to a restocking fee or store credit will be applied. Please contact us qt support@elgancestore.com for the return address prior to returning otherwise we will not accept unauthorized returns.

Due to the nature of our products, worn merchandise cannot be returned. Merchandise will be deemed defective only if it is caused by manufacturer, or if it were damaged during its time in transit. Merchandise damaged after delivery is not considered faulty and would not be eligible for refund or exchange. All sale items and items purchased using a promotional code are FINAL SALE. Discounts may not be applied to previous orders. Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account.
